FreeUniversity Place invites families to a FREE Halloween trick-or-treat event, taking place on Halloween night from 5-7pm. Each child can pick up a complimentary, re-usable treat bag, then visit all of the merchants to gather goodies. Costume prizes will be awarded in several categories. Kidzu will be giving out treats while supplies last.
